In recent years, with the fast development of Suzhou economic, Suzhou Economic Development Zone has faced the situation that it has difficulty in meeting the requirements of the factory buildings from the clients. Thus, Suzhou Wanhua Technology Development Co., Ltd of Wonder Ace Technology Development Group
planed to build twenty standard factories for mechanical and electronics use in southwest industrial area of Suzhou. Meanwhile, we plan to build living infrastructure (including employee accommodation) and service center together. It has a planned area of 79920 square meters (Around 120mu), and a total construction area of 60,000sq.m. Total investment is around 82 million RMB

| In 2005, nine standard factory buildings were complete and available for rent: two of them are located in Suzhou new district; the other seven buildings are located in Suzhou mudu industry district. |
